Many Studio students will be featured in the Imperial Dinner Theatre's season event production of Rodgers & Hammersteins musical spectacular, Sound of Music. The classic musical with music written by Richard Rodgers and book and lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, is based upon Cendrillon, ou la Petite Pantoufle de Vair, by Charles Perrault. Studio for the Arts Drama, and Ballets classes will perform live on the Miller Monarch Stage of the Imperial Dinner Theatre. Cameras allowed during dress reharsals.

The open-air pavillion of Pocahontas's Riverfront Park sets the stage for performances by the Studio classes: Clogging, Guitar, Jazz, Line Dance, Theater, and Voice. The Craft class will have a fun role in celebrating the Studio Festival. Everyone will want to join in Pocahontas's longest line of dance to Alan Jackson's "Good Time" and enjoy the food, games, booths, and other events planned for our end-of-year festival. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy music and entertaiment all day.
