BALLET for the Serious Ballet Student

STUDIO FOR THE ARTS
Students study and learn the French terminology of classical ballet with attention to technique and style. Classical ballet pieces, composers, and choreography are taught. Male and female dancers ages four to adult are placed in appropriate level classes.
Create, Create, Create !! A simple art class for kids who love projects such as stained glass windows, ornaments, treasures, and keepsakes. Ages 6 to adult.
ARTS AND CRAFTS
JAZZ DANCE
Hight-energy dance classes taught by the Gus Giordano methods that closely follows classical ballet. No previous dance experience necessary. Lots of stretching and fun choreography. Ages 6 to adult.
CLOGGING
Ozark energy with Celtic-born technique. Clogging shoes with buck (double) taps are everybody's favorite to stomp a lively rhythm. Ages 4 to adult.
DRAMA
Basic acting techniques and skills for the theatre. Students often apprentice in professional Imperial productions. Ages 5 to adult.
VOICE
Harmonies, music notation, and music theory games expose students to sevral types of choral music and composers. Performance is emphasized. Ages 6 to adult.
THEATRE
For the serious actor or theatre enthusiast. Students will learn more than acting : stage management, aspects of directing, set design, lighting, sound, and stage technology. Ages 13 and up.
GUITAR
Using familiar songs, students build their musical vocabulary while cording and picking different styles of music.
COUNTRY AND WESTERN LINE DANCE
Dancers will be boot-scooting the first night. Singles or partners will enjoy the rip-roaring ride through line dance and basic partner dances such as the Texas Two-step and Texas Waltz. Ages 12 to adult.
